When tasked to create a one-of-a-kind roadtrip destination for Cheez-It, All Terrain and Weber Shandwick transformed a beloved 1949 souvenir shop into the ultimate Cheez-It haven. The Cheez-It Stop offered road-trippers and Joshua Tree locals their favorite snack and the world’s only Cheez-It gas pump. The entire store, inside and out, was immersed in the world of Cheez-It, captivating thousands of snack lovers daily throughout the week of its opening.

By combining strategic planning, creativity and multiple touch points for social media engagement, the campaign achieved remarkable results. Lines to enter the activation were around the block leading into the space and we sold out of retro Cheez-It merchandise. The Cheez-It Stop garnered massive online exposure, reaching millions of people, and generated extensive user-generated content, demonstrating the campaign’s widespread impact. The success of the Cheez-It Stop created lasting connections with audiences, establishing Cheez-It as an innovative and engaging snack brand in the minds of consumers.
